Lydia McMahan Cason, ND, CRT
Lydia completed her studies with Clayton College of Natural Health. She has a degree in Naturopathy. (N.D.) Lydia is also a Certified Restorative Therapist specializing in substance abuse and anxiety related issues. Lydia just recently graduated from The Institute of Children's Literature. She loves to write in her spare time and has had several pieces published, two of which won first place in contests. Lydia has always had a desire to help others, whether mentally, physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Her fields of study reflect that desire, as well as the credibility, to pursue her dreams in this area.
Lydia uses her degree as a traditional nature path to help others to become the best they can be in all aspects of their life. According to Lydia, natural healing is the oldest and most proven method of regained health and is making its way back into modern society at a rapid speed. Naturopathy reaches to the root cause of health concerns, whereas, traditional medicine appears to be more concerned with immediate relief, and many times, covers up the root cause of an ill health condition. Additionally, traditional medicine many times leaves undesired side effects, usually requiring another drug to offset the side effects of the original.
Lydia holds personal consultations with individuals as well as speaking to groups. She is available for organized meetings such as church groups, ladies retreats, and seminars. Lydia's vision is to inspire others to take charge of their own good health. You will leave her meetings equipped with motivation and recommendations to help you follow through with a plan.
